Getting Ready for Summer Break
- We do not have new assignments this week. I will send an end of year email to all parents before Friday with summer practice suggestions. :)
- Everyone please continue to R E A D each day. 7 days a week! Students should all be reading 30 mins. or more each day now, including during summer break. Reading every day is the #1 most important thing your child can do this summer to help keep the progress he/she made this year in all subjects!
- Students, this summer keep practicing your 200+ SIGHT WORDS and all +/- MATH FACTS within 20.
- Students are welcome (and encouraged) to continue any learning practice as optional work including journal writing and online practice through Clever.
- Log in for optional practice through Clever for: Learning A-Z, Dreambox, First in Math, Brain Pop Jr., all of which are recommended for summer practice. Our I Station accounts will close at the end of May but students are welcome to log on there as long as they can.
- There are many optional activities for you to try if you wish, on our Learning Links page, tab found above. I posted these throughout the spring and you may not have had time to try them then but they would be fun to try this summer!
